Spartan race training???

Obstacle course race…9 miles 27 obstacles (at least the one I did…there is a smaller one and some bigger ones.

I might have something. My friend if 22 years has been doing them and they seemed like fun so I said I would do it. Then I actually had to. I plan to do another in December. I should write a post.
